Part Three: Design and Manufacturing Plan Description for Programmable High and Low Temperature Alternating Damp Heat Test Chamber

(1) Test Chamber Body:

1. Structural form:

The test chamber body, refrigeration system, heating system, air conditioning system, electrical control cabinet, and refrigeration unit are integrated as a whole. The electrical control part is located on the front side of the test chamber for easy operation.

2. Chamber body:

a) In the air duct interlayer at one end of the working chamber, devices such as heater/humidifier, refrigeration evaporator, blower motor, and fan blade are distributed;

b) One cable feedthrough hole is provided on the side of the test chamber, with a size of ф80mm;

c) The working chamber of the test chamber is made of 1mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is made of 1mm thick high-quality stainless steel;

d) The insulation material is polyurethane foam, with a thickness of 100mm. The outer surface of the test chamber does not frost or condense;

e) The working chamber is equipped with two layers of adjustable-height stainless steel bar shelves;

f) The chamber body is equipped with a condensate drain outlet.

3. Door:

Single door, with double-line silicone rubber sealing strips for door sealing;

4. Observation and lighting devices:

An insulated glass observation window is installed on the door, with dimensions of approximately 300×275mm, and equipped with a heating anti-frost device. A (AC12V) 20W halogen lamp is installed on the test chamber door.
